Nothing Says Party Like Power

Czars have gone down in history as being authoritative jerks for the most part, but what most people overlook are the other people exercising great power in a particular field. These fields include, but aren't limited to: soccer, knitting, ventriloquism, and most importantly: partying.

The first ruler to adopt the title tsar (interchangeable with czar) was Simeon I of Bulgaria. The first Party Czar, however, was McCoy. McCoy smuggled booze into the U.S. during prohibition. He saved many from going mad during this silly time in history, and also became the first official Party Czar.

So, one might ask, is that the real McCoy? And one should then answer: "You bet your ass it is, now drink up!"

Feel like you have the power of party? Can you fist pump, do a keg stand, and moonwalk all while planning your next study group take-over? If so, you're prime Party Czar material.

P.S. Take note, this is what NOT to do.
